Qualifications

• 1+ years of general corporate transactional experience (junior through senior levels welcome to apply).
• Mergers and acquisitions experience across foundational deals to leadership roles.
• Strong academic credentials and law firm training in corporate/ transactional work.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to grow within a hands-on, deal-focused practice with increasing responsibility over time.
