Job summary

MacLean Power Systems seeks a detail-oriented Corporate Accounts Payable Analyst to join the AP team in Fort Mill, SC. This role supports vendor set-ups, invoices, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 2+ years in Accounts Payable, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with Corporate and Division teams. JDE and Concur experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with JDE and Concur preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner of the vendor set-up process and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Division teams to set up vendors and process payments on terms.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for the AP team.
• Process vendor invoices and support the creation of purchase orders.
• Assist with Concur management and expense reporting.
