Broadridge is hiring a Corporate Actions Associate in Newark, NJ. You will process voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, interpret event terms, and allocate to holders while ensuring accurate reconciliations.

You’ll manage deadlines, maintain precise payments, and deliver excellent client service. The role requires collaboration with custodians, depositories, and internal teams in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of voluntary corporate actions experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; internship considered for recent grads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, interpret terms, allocate events and reconcile.
• Monitor deadlines and critical cut-offs to ensure timely processing and mitigate risk.
• Learn stock records relating to retail and institutional accounts.
• Provide outstanding client service and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with custodians, depositories, counterparties, and clients as required.
