Our client, a leading Hedge Fund, is looking to grow their Corporate Actions team. This team is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and processing global corporate events to ensure timely, accurate outcomes for clients. The role offers exposure to a wide range of securities and events, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track announcements from companies, exchanges, and depositories (e.g., dividends, stock splits, mergers & acquisitions, rights issues, spin-offs, bond redemptions).
• Review and interpret event terms and conditions; assess impacts across securities and investor types.
• Communicate upcoming events and deadlines to clients, ensuring clarity on voluntary vs. mandatory events.
• Collect and process client instructions; coordinate with custodians/agents for execution.
• Reconcile outcomes (cash, securities, or other entitlements) and resolve any discrepancies or settlement issues.
