Job summary

Our client, a well known financial services firm in New York, NY, is seeking a Corporate Actions Associate to join its Operations Team. Responsibilities include processing income-related corporate action events, proxy statements, and gathering dividend and interest data from DTCC.

The ideal candidate has at least five years’ experience in income-related corporate actions, strong communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with Excel, FIS Global One, and Broadridge BPS.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in processing income-related corporate actions for a bank or broker dealer.
• Strong analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, DTCC, and Broadridge BPS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all voluntary corporate action events including dividends, interest, and spinoffs.
• Support the processing of proxy statements.
• Gather dividend & interest-related data from DTCC.

The ideal candidate will come with at least five years' experience in income-related corporate actions processing, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Excel, FIS (formerly SunGard) Global One, and Broadridge BPS is preferred.
