The Operations Lead Specialist – Corporate Actions will support the supervisor by improving productivity and handling specialized securities processing tasks, including event setup, instruction processing, payments, reporting and reconciliation.

The role operates on an Alt-Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 3pm–11pm EST, requiring solid attention to detail, teamwork and proactive

Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
1 to 2 years of custody or securities processing or other industry experience.
Research, analysis and problem resolution skills.
Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills.
Customer service orientation, works to exceed client expectations.
Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
Proactive self-starter with shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production workflow and ensure output quality and timeliness.
Process corporate action events and validate information for clients and downstream systems.
Reconcile client positions and payments related to corporate actions.
Provide client communication via email/phone to resolve instruction issues.
Assist in training and development of team members and share workflows.
