Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in financial or business operations.
• General market knowledge: stocks, bonds, options, derivatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and process mandatory corporate actions daily.
• Manage lifecycle of voluntary corporate actions, including election review.
• Update portfolio accounting system with trading activity and cash movements daily.
• Oversee reconciliation operations and escalations with a BPO vendor.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and AI.
