Qualifications

Highschool Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of 2 years experience with sales/customer support, preferably with Penske or similar function.
Minimum of 3 years experience communicating to solve complex problems through customer and internal partner engagement.

Responsibilities

Sales Support: assist regional EAMs with new, add, and renewal opportunities; prepare customer/prospect presentations and research new opportunities.
Service Support: coordinate onboarding for new customers or fleet additions, including decals, licensing, and onboarding activities; coordinate with field locations for transitions.
Contract Support: coordinate resolution of billing or payables issues; obtain historical contract documents as requested; liaise with corporate support departments.
