Energy Fuels Inc. is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager in Lakewood, CO to lead accounting policy research and GAAP application for complex matters, including business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, and debt.

You will partner with finance leadership and auditors to ensure accurate disclosures and compliant processes. The role requires a CPA with 6+ years of public accounting or public company technical accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to manage

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required.
• 6+ years of accounting experience including public accounting and/or public company technical accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and Regulation S-X.
• Experience working with auditors or in a public company environment.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze complex accounting issues under U.S. GAAP (ASC 323, 606, 718, 805, 815, 842).
• Monitor new FASB pronouncements and SEC regulations and lead implementation planning.
• Lead the preparation, review, and oversight of technical accounting memorandums documenting U.S. GAAP applications.
• Support accounting due diligence, purchase accounting analyses, business combinations, and post-acquisition integration accounting.
• Assist in technical accounting conclusions supporting periodic SEC filings and other reporting obligations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret contract terms and ensure GAAP application.
• Develop and update corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison with external auditors on technical accounting matters and policy positions.
• Support SOX compliance drafting and documenting internal controls.
• Assist Corporate Controller with special projects.
