Bisnow seeks a Corporate Accountant in Denver to join a growing finance team. This hands-on role focuses on general ledger, month-end close, payroll processing, and participation in ERP implementation to drive system improvements.

You will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to reconcile accounts, analyze data, and streamline accounting processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of GL experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate/general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong payroll processing and payroll accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivots, lookups, reconciliations, data analysis.
• Experience in ERP implementations and system migrations.
• Knowledge of change management and cross‑functional adoption.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting.
• MRI, Yardi, or similar accounting platforms are a plus.
• Concur or similar expense systems a plus.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Own and support month-end close activities across multiple entities.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform detailed balance sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Analyze account activity and resolve variances.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll-related accounting.
• ERP implementation, system testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll and benefits accounting.
• Provide financial analysis and support special projects.
