Job summary

OneEnergy Inc in Seattle, WA, seeks a Senior Manager of Accounting Operations to own end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end close, revenue, and treasury. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive system improvements, and ensure GAAP compliance while partnering with Finance, Systems, and business units.

The role emphasizes people leadership, process design, and a hands-on approach to data accuracy, controls, and reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with operational focus.
• 4+ years leading the close and reviewing complex reconciliations.
• 4+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own operational accounting across cost accounting, revenue, COGS, inventory, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, AR, AP, and the GL.
• Lead month-end close within nine business days and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Oversee revenue recognition, AP, and treasury functions with strong controls.
• Drive system roadmap and data integrity across Sage Intacct and other platforms.
