Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Corporate Accountant to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Reporting to the Controller, the role requires detail-oriented work, strong internal controls, and timely closing of books.

You will manage Costpoint-based billing for government contracts, process vendor payments, payroll, and reconciliations, and support audits and monthly closes while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Formación

• U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 3–8 years of experience with small to midsize government contractor work (AP, GL, invoicing).
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint 8 (billing, AR, AP, GL).
• Knowledge of government contract accounting (cost-reimbursement, FFP, T&M) and FAR/DCAA.
• Excel proficiency for reconciliations/analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices, rent, utilities, and employee reimbursements in Costpoint.
• Prepare and submit government invoices (WAWF/PIEE/IPP) with documentation.
• Coordinate timecards and payroll variance analysis; reconcile timesheets.
• Track purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; support month/year-end close.
