Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly reconciliations and support the accounting team during month-end close.
• Assist in year-end closing activities including the annual audit.
• Responsible for journal entry preparation, invoice review, management of payable / receivable ledgers.
• Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and contracts as needed.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhance workflows.
