3 Bridge Networks LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join its growing accounting team in San Francisco. You will own major elements of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, prepare journal entries, and drive improvements across the accounting function.

The role offers broad exposure, mentorship from finance leaders, and increasing responsibility as the company scales. Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and ERP experience are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of progressive corporate accounting or related experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and close process.
• Public accounting experience and/or CPA progress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Maintain balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Assist with preparation of internal financial reporting and management analyses
• Support cash management, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting as needed
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and other internal teams to ensure accurate financial information and resolve issues
• Assist with annual audit, tax, and compliance-related requests
• Help improve accounting processes, reporting, internal controls, and documentation
• Participate in special projects and systems initiatives as the company grows
