Job summary

Wellington Management in Boston seeks a Corporate Access and Research Services (CARS) co-op to support external research, corporate access, and expert networks. You will analyze data, manage ad-hoc requests, and help streamline processes with Excel and Python.

This paid co-op runs in a hybrid office setting, with a January 5 start date for accepted candidates. Only Northeastern University students are eligible; Wellington champions equal opportunity and a diverse, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive work ethic and collaborative spirit.
• Experience with data visualization, analysis, and programming tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python).
• Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts (automation, APIs, data modeling, data management).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to connect tasks to broader strategic goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze research services and corporate access data to uncover trends.
• Manage ad-hoc requests for third-party research approvals and entitlement processes.
• Coordinate corporate access activity and resolve meeting data inconsistencies.
• Analyze provider engagement to generate insights for internal and external partners.
• Access data across the firm using Excel and Python to support ad-hoc projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and data integrity.
• Contribute your personal touch to a diverse, global team culture.
