The Corporate Access and Research Services (CARS) team is responsible for ongoing support of external research, corporate access, and expert networks. The team specifically manages our relationships and engagement with external research providers, expert networks and corporate Investor Relations (IR) teams. Supported by guidance from the team, the co-op will contribute to delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions for internal investors, corporates, and clients. This role involves supporting a variety of cross-functional initiatives that require strong analytical thinking and data fluency, leveraging business intelligence tools to uncover insights, improve processes, and drive strategic outcomes. The co-op will be an integral part of a global program, collaborating across teams to ensure successful execution and meaningful impact.

The base salary range for this position is: $19-$35 per hour. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
