Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Corporate Access and Research Services co-op to support external research, corporate access, and investor relations. You will analyze data, manage ad-hoc requests, and help improve workflows using Excel and Python to deliver insights and data integrity.

You will collaborate across global teams, contribute your own perspective, and develop data fluency, visualization skills, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced investment environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling through charts/dashboards.
• Familiarity with Python/SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of research services and corporate access data to uncover trends and support decisions.
• Handle ad-hoc requests related to third-party research approvals and investor support; ensure timely execution.
• Assist centralization of corporate access activity and resolve data inconsistencies across systems.
• Support relationship management of research providers and broker vote data; generate insights for internal and external partners.
• Access and analyze data using Excel and Python to improve workflows and deliver insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities and improve processes.
