Job summary

CLSA is seeking an events and corporate access coordinator in New York to manage end-to-end corporate access activities, including roadshows, investor meetings, and flagship conference planning.

You will liaise with corporates, sales, analysts and investors to coordinate bespoke requests, travel arrangements, materials, and diaries while maintaining MIS records and supporting travel expense processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience with buy/sell side, investor relations in a listed company.
  • Relevant experience working with corporate management and IR.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mandarin Chinese or Japanese language fluency will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate analyst and corporate roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums and other corporate access events in collaboration with Sales, Analysts and corporates.
  • Liaise with Corporates, Sales, and Investors for bespoke requests (trips, one-to-one calls/meetings, expert meetings).
  • Plan group tours and access days with Sales and Research.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of Corporate Access events (booking travel, accommodations, transportation, materials, and diaries).
  • Maintain event data in management information systems and monitor event activities.
  • Manage invitations to flagship conferences and investor forums, and handle analyst calls/roadshows invitations.
  • Develop relationships with companies for corporate pitching and cross-region collaboration.
  • Support travel expense submissions for sales and sales trading teams.

Job description

  • Work closely with Sales, Analysts, Corporate Access counterparts and corporates in coordinating analyst and corporate roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums and other corporate access events.
  • Liaise with Corporates, Sales, and Investors on bespoke requests, i.e. trips, one to one calls / meetings, expert meetings etc.
  • Plan with Sales and Research for group tour and access days pipeline
  • Specific responsibility for the overall management of Corporate Access events including:
  • booking travel, accommodations and ground transportation
  • ensuring that necessary materials / equipment is available
  • arranging event diaries in liaison with Analysts, Corporates and Investors
  • entering details into relevant management information systems
  • managing event activities
  • shepherding Corporates or Analysts
  • Manage the corporate invitation to our flagship conferences, especially Investor Forum in Q3 each year
  • Handle analyst invitations to calls/marketing roadshows
  • Develop relationships with companies for corporate pitching, working closely with Research where required
  • Develop relationships with Sales, Analysts and Corporate Access teams across regions
  • Production and participation of regular management reporting and meetings
  • Assisting with travel expense submissions for sales and sales trading teams
Requirements
