Job summary

American Century Investments seeks a Corporate Access Specialist to support a centralized program serving investment professionals. You will coordinate meetings with senior management, manage events, and ensure high-quality experiences while maintaining records in Tableau and MS 365.

You will report to the Vice President, Office of the Chief Investment Officer, in a hybrid Kansas City, MO role not visa-sponsored. Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with high service levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and engagements with company management and investor relations.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, travel, venues, and attendee communications.
• Maintain and enhance corporate access reporting tools and dashboards.
• Support program development and operating model enhancements.
