Job summary
Hayes Company is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support design, administration, analytics, and communication of compensation and benefits programs across Hayes Company and Knight-Swift. The role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to ensure programs remain competitive and compliant.
Responsibilities include market pricing, salary structure administration, leaves, benefits analysis, and HR reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; related fields acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Support compensation and benefits design, administration, and analytics across Hayes Company and Knight-Swift.
- Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking using survey tools and market data.
- Prepare salary recommendations for hires, promotions, transfers, and market adjustments.
- Analyze internal equity, compa-ratios, range penetration, and pay compression issues.
- Assist with annual compensation planning, merit increases, bonus programs, and budget modeling.
- Develop HR analytics reports and dashboards using Excel and HRIS tools.
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure data accuracy across systems.
