Job summary

Massachusetts Eye and Ear is seeking a Practice Manager for the Cornea service to oversee daily operations on-site in Boston. You will coordinate patient scheduling, front desk workflows, and the delivery of medical and surgical services to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will supervise staff, drive service Excellence, and work with clinical leadership to meet revenue and access goals while maintaining safety and compliance across a busy ambulatory practice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in Customer Service and patient-facing communication.
• Understanding of ambulatory practice operations to collaborate with clinical teams.
• Team Leadership experience supervising staff and coaching performance.
• Background in Sales or practice growth to promote services and improve access.
• Experience in Training, onboarding, and ongoing staff education.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field or equivalent.
• Proficiency with EHRs and practice management systems; strong organizational skills.
