Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Core Systems Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the core financial system, ECM, eDocument, LOS, and related platforms. You will lead a team, monitor data processing, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and member satisfaction.

The role requires five to eight years of related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a similar role or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of Core System department, assign duties, monitor workload and productivity.
• Oversee administration, performance, and stability of core financial system and related platforms.
• Ensure service continuity and after-hours support as needed.
• Maintain data integrity, system availability, and processing accuracy via proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
• Coordinate system updates, patching and releases with stakeholders; ensure testing and change control compliance.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
• Maintain audit-ready controls and procedures for regulatory compliance.
