First New York Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Core Systems Lead to administer and enhance its core platforms, including Jack Henry Symitar ecosystems. You will lead releases, upgrades, and integrations while building robust documentation and runbooks for a scalable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in core banking or enterprise platforms.
• Strong Symitar experience and familiarity with EASE, Synergy, ARCU, SymXchange, SymForm, PowerOn/RepGen, OpCon, APIs, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Symitar, Synergy, ARCU, SymXchange, SymForm/document technologies and interfaces.
• Lead core-native implementations, releases, upgrades, and integrations.
• Own documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for reliability and backup coverage.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and manage change control, incident response, and on-call rotation.
• Engage stakeholders to translate needs into practical configuration and automation.
