Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to receive and provide feedback.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes program enrollment data.
• Represents the program in community meetings and events.
• Disseminates surveys to participants, employers, and partners.
• Maintains professional relationships to increase program awareness.
• Submits accurate data reports to the program director.
• Oversees CORE employment specialists and regional staff.
• Ensures confidentiality of job seeker information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
