The University of Southern California Marshall School of Business seeks a Practice Group Coordinator for Working Professional Programs to support MBA students across EMBA, OMBA, MBAPM, and IBAR with career advising, workshops, and leveraging the Trojan Network.

Join a team of 30+ professional staff and 30 student staff driving career outcomes, networking, and innovative practices within Marshall Career Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred in relevant disciplines.
• Five years of full-time relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Practice Group Leader to support MBA students’ professional success (EMBA, OMBA, MBAPM, IBAR).
• Conduct one-on-one and group career advising for executive and working professional MBA students.
• Deliver career workshops in person and virtually on topics like pivoting careers and networking.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

MBA or master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Career Counseling, or related discipline
