Job summary

USC Marshall School of Business seeks a senior administrator to lead its department and ACCORD, aligning goals with the Chair. The role drives grant support, budgeting, and coordination of COBRE-related activities across multiple institutions.

The incumbent will manage financial reporting for clinical trials, oversee research web pages, and supervise off-site staff, ensuring timely communications and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs annual evaluations with the Chair.
• Assists with faculty grants including R25, R01s, and STEM grants.
• Works with Lead Coordinator on clinical trial assignments.
• Coordinates finances pertaining to clinical trials with the finance director.
• Runs monthly reports of accounts for multiple grants for the Vice Dean.
• Oversees and coordinates Research web pages (Office of Research, Graduate Education Programs, DCTS, ACTSI, ACCORD).
• Oversees off-site Biomedical Research office staff.
• Coordinates COBRE-related activities with COBRE PI and Administrative Director.
• Coordinates COBRE annual report with COBRE Administrative Director and NIH.
• Coordinates communication between University of Kentucky, WVU and Marshall University Directors and Personnel, including teleconferences and monthly reporting of clinical trials.
