Job summary

USC Marshall School of Business is seeking a Student Recruiter in the Office of Admissions to manage an assigned recruitment territory from prospect to enrolled status. The role leads enrollment activities, meets performance benchmarks, and drives outreach through events, campus visits, and college fairs.

The position requires proactive communication with students, parents, and counselors, plus use of Banner/Recruit systems to track applications and status.

Qualifications

• Experience in college admissions or recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to counsel prospective students and families on admissions requirements and processes.
• Familiarity with Banner and Recruit or similar enrollment systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents/guardians and high school counselors.
• Disseminate accurate and pertinent information to all prospects.
• Execute school visit programs including Apply-on-the-Spot events.
• Represent the University at college and career fairs as assigned.
• Initiate follow-up communication with students who engaged with the University.
• Respond to inquiries regarding admission requirements and process.
• Counsel prospective students and their parents relative to admissions requirements and student status.
