Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Head of Core Networks Solution & Delivery Transformation - Americas to lead the strategy for elevating solutioning and service delivery. The role focuses on a modern, data‑driven, software‑first operating model and accelerating adoption of the Global Assets Playbook.

You will drive Automation + AI, coordinate with multiple groups, manage a small senior team, and ensure measurable business value while maintaining executive alignment. Travel about 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other science disciplines.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in customer delivery and program management.
• Challenger mindset with execution balance and focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SSD_OS roadmap with prioritized use cases across solutioning, delivery, lifecycle management, troubleshooting and O&M.
• Define industrialization priorities and provide guidance to director peers while maintaining ownership.
• Shape Automation + AI direction across solutioning and service delivery, including data access and API interfaces.
• Define guardrails for data, security, privacy, compliance, observability and AI cost transparency.
• Lead a small team of senior contributors and mobilize matrix programs across organizations.
