Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Director of Automation Enablement to lead AI, automation, data, and reporting initiatives for the Americas Networks.

You will drive a multi-disciplinary team across regions and partner with global teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver tangible automation outcomes and improve profitability. The role requires strong leadership, enterprise analytics, and deep knowledge of data management, governance, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in AI/automation projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI, automation, data, and reporting roadmap for the Americas Networks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations.
• Scale AI-enabled proofs of concept into production services.
• Ensure solutions meet governance and security standards.
