Job summary

Ericsson Plano, TX, United States seeks Head of Core Networks Solution & Delivery Transformation - Americas. You will lead strategy, architecture and delivery of a modern, data-driven operating model for Core Networks, driving automation, AI adoption and measurable business value across multiple organizations.

You will manage a small team, engage executives, and shape guardrails for data, security and observability while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other science disciplines.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in customer delivery and program management.
• Ability to lead across matrix organizations and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder-management capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve SSD_OS roadmap with a prioritized portfolio of use cases.
• Define what should be industrialized and establish priority order.
• Shape Automation + AI direction across solutioning and service delivery flows.
• Define guardrails for data, security, privacy, and cost transparency.
• Lead a small team of senior ICs and mobilize matrix programs.
• Operate executive and operational performance cadence reporting adoption and value.
• Develop communications for executive alignment and handoffs.
• Listen to stakeholders and translate insights into SSD_OS priorities.
• Willingness to travel ~10–20% for customer engagements.
