Job summary

Ericsson, based in Plano, Texas, seeks a senior leader to head Cognitive Networks Solutions (CNS) in Networks Americas. You will define and execute the CNS business strategy, drive profitable growth, and align capabilities across presales, solution design, consulting and delivery.

You will lead a diverse team of professionals, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and scale innovative solutions to meet client needs while ensuring financial and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 15+ years in the telecommunications infrastructure industry, including significant Radio Access Network experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing, presales, professional services, consulting, or operator role.
• Proven ability to own business results and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNS as a standalone Solution Area with strategy, priorities, and objectives.
• Own end-to-end CNS business including growth, outcomes, performance, and capability development.
• Define and execute growth strategies to expand CNS and penetrate markets.
• Integrate presales, solution expertise, consulting, and delivery for seamless customer experience.
