Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications and wireless industries.
• Deep expertise in network performance, design and optimization, service assurance, or network operations.
• Understanding of AI-enabled operations, automation, cognitive networking, and advanced analytics.
• Experience leading presales, solution development, consulting, or professional services capabilities.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable revenue and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNS as a standalone Solution Area with strategy, priorities, and operating model.
• Own end-to-end CNS business including profitable growth and customer outcomes.
• Define and execute growth strategy to expand CNS and increase market penetration.
• Integrate presales, solution expertise, consulting, and domain capabilities for seamless customer experience.
• Build and scale innovative solutions and business models for CNS.
