Responsibilities

• Inspect cores after completion to ensure quality.
• Replenish stations and use hand tools.
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, quality inspectors, and operators.
• Understand daily targets and operate the mercury system to clock hours.
• Operate wax application machines and use templates to mark cores.
• Maintain 5S standards at finishing booths and participate in cross-training.
