Job summary

Siemens Energy in Gibsonton, FL is seeking an entry‑level Molding and Demolding Technician for 1st shift (M-F, 6am–2pm). You will handle shell block molding/demolding, liner preparation, and transfer to ovens in a high‑throughput core manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating molding equipment, following engineering specs, and maintaining safety and quality standards; cross‑training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a completed High School or GED is required.
• Ability to read Engineering instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license from US government agencies.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be working with molding and demolding of shell blocks for core manufacturing.
• Check daily molding schedule and prepare area for operation; communicate updates to Core Supervision.
• Process assembly blocks and transfer to multiple unit operations.
• Adjust machines, set controls, troubleshoot per specifications; request work orders for non‑operating equipment.
