Responsibilities

• Set up and operate core V-blender to blend ceramic powders using hand tools.
• Perform lab tests including particle size, LOI, and MOR.
• Set up and troubleshoot core blend and mixing machines; plan weekly production.
• Process blends per engineering specs and replenish core mix as needed.
• Maintain flow and quality of mix based on inventory.
• Clean and maintain equipment; coordinate with maintenance staff.
