You will verify serial numbers with Mercury, assist in basic maintenance, and help with inspection readiness. A High School diploma and solid tool experience are required; export-control compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years using hand tools; plastics/ceramics extrusion or injection/blow mold a plus
• Experience with inspection equipment (calipers, pin gauges) is a plus
• Able to perform math using the metric system and read engineering instructions
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Export license required to work with export-controlled technology

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate benching procedures on castings using basic tools
• Prepare castings for visual inspection
• Verify serial numbers using Mercury and adjust machines as needed
• Troubleshoot and maintain quality of produced parts
• Cross-training and other duties may be assigned
