Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees laboratory staff including scheduling, evaluation, and training.
• Ensures laboratory results align with procedures and CAP standards.
• Coordinates cross campus coverage and travel between affiliated locations as needed.
• Leads competency documentation and participates in quality assurance activities.
• Participates in budget discussions and recommends capital purchases.
• Maintains procedures, quality and safety policies, and instrument maintenance.
