Qualifications

  • Lived experience with SMI and/or SUD.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
  • Two years of recovery time from mental health or substance abuse disorder.
  • Experience with direct outreach for individuals with SMI and SUD.

  • Conduct outreach to individuals with SMI.
  • Support health needs by scheduling appointments.
