Job summary

Synergent in Westbrook, ME seeks an Implementation & Training Analyst to design and deliver dynamic training for credit union partners transitioning to the Symitar Core Processing system and related products. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and credit union staff to configure, test, and launch training programs, both in person and online, with travel as needed.

• Experience designing and delivering training for complex software implementations.
• Ability to guide credit unions through core conversions and system go-live.
• Proven skills in creating manuals, job aids, and evaluation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Training Programs — Build and deliver in-person, virtual, and recorded training for core conversions and Synergent products.
• Facilitate End-User Training — Create detailed training plans and guide staff through new platform adoption.
• Support Implementations — Partner with Analysts and Project Managers to translate configurations into training.
• Create Instructional Materials — Produce manuals, guides, job aids, and evaluation tools.
• Lead Conversion & Merger Support — Guide staff through setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and go-live.
• Perform Systems Testing — Verify system functionality and resolve issues prior to launch.
• Travel for On-Site Support — Provide hands-on assistance during go-live events (approx. 50% travel).
• Lead Post-Conversion Support — Manage the 45-day support period and coordinate follow-ups.
