Qualifications
- Significant Symitar/Jack Henry experience with production support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SQL/ARCU, Databricks, and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience leading technical projects and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Symitar production and development environments.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure reliable application support.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot PowerOn and PowerFrame Docs solutions.
- Administer OpCon and EASE-hosted OpCon environments and automate processes.
- Perform data analysis, monitoring, and root-cause investigations for operational reliability.
- Lead or support Symitar-related projects and mentor teammates.
