Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience.
• Master's/MBA preferred.
• Experience leading core banking transformation workstreams.
• Familiarity with banking operations, integration, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead core banking modernization workstreams and coordinate client delivery across platform transformation initiatives.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion for implementation and integration activities.
• Guide analysis of client requirements, current-state processes, and target-state operating models.
• Oversee configuration support, testing activities, and deployment readiness for business applications.
• Develop training materials and client adoption approaches for new banking platforms.
• Apply project management methods to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Mentor team members and shape staffing to match workstream needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and redesign.
• Build client relationships across banking and capital markets environments to sustain delivery momentum.
