Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze core banking platform needs and translate requirements into implementation workstreams.
• Support client-facing transformation activities across modernization, configuration, and integration.
• Develop functional docs, process maps, and delivery artifacts for platform change initiatives.
• Troubleshoot application issues and validate behavior during testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and dependencies across technology, operations, and business teams.
• Interpret data and feedback to inform recommendations for process improvements and automation.
• Guide junior team members through execution, reviews, and problem solving.
• Build client relationships by anticipating needs and adapting to changing priorities.
