PwC is seeking a Bank Platform Transformation - Core Banking Modernization Manager to lead client support work focused on platform transformation, implementation, and configuration within the Advisory practice.

You will coach teams, manage project workstreams, and apply business acumen to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency and adapt banking technology to changing needs. The role spans analysis, implementation, training, and support across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leading core banking modernization workstreams and coordinating client delivery across platform transformation initiatives.
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion for implementation and integration activities.
• Guiding teams through analysis of client requirements, current-state processes, and target-state operating models.
• Overseeing configuration support, testing activities, and deployment readiness for business application solutions.
• Developing training materials and support approaches that help client teams adopt new banking platforms.
• Applying project management methods to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with technical and business requirements.
• Mentoring team members, providing feedback, and shaping staffing to match workstream needs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, process redesign, and technology integration.
• Building client relationships across banking and capital markets environments to address issues and sustain delivery momentum.
