You will coach teams, manage workstreams, and build relationships across banking environments while identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading core banking modernization workstreams and coordinating client delivery across platform transformation initiatives.
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion for implementation and integration activities.
• Guiding teams through analysis of client requirements, current-state processes, and target-state operating models.
• Overseeing configuration support, testing activities, and deployment readiness for business applications.
• Developing training materials and support approaches for client teams adopting new platforms.
• Applying project management methods to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Mentoring team members and shaping staffing to match workstream needs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign.
• Building client relationships across banking and capital markets to sustain delivery momentum.
