Job summary

PwC is hiring a Bank Platform Transformation - Core Banking Modernization - Manager in Washington, DC. You will lead client delivery for platform transformation, coach teams, manage workstreams, and apply business acumen to drive efficiency and banking-technology alignment.

You will guide delivery across analysis, implementation, training, and support, mentoring staff and shaping staffing to fit workloads while building client relationships across banking environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead core banking modernization workstreams and coordinate client delivery.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion for implementations.
• Guide teams through analysis of requirements, current- and target-state processes.
• Oversee configuration support, testing, and deployment readiness for solutions.
• Develop training materials and support approaches for client teams.
