Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager for Bank Platform Transformation - Core Banking Modernization to lead client delivery, oversee multiple workstreams, and drive modernization efforts within Advisory. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure successful implementation across platforms.

The role emphasizes automation, process redesign, and strong banking domain knowledge. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are required; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client delivery teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead core banking modernization workstreams and coordinate client delivery across platform transformation initiatives.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion for implementation activities.
• Guide analysis of client requirements, current-state processes, and target-state operating models.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment readiness for business solutions.
• Develop training materials and client adoption strategies for new platforms.
• Apply project management methods to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Mentor team members and shape staffing to match workstream needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign.
• Build client relationships across banking environments to sustain delivery momentum.
