Job summary

PwC seeks a Core Banking Modernization Senior Associate to support client work focused on platform transformation and process improvement. You will analyze complex problems, manage workstreams, and mentor junior team members while delivering client-ready artefacts across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in related roles.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA or similar).

Responsibilities

• Analyzing core banking platform needs and translating business requirements into implementation workstreams.
• Supporting client-facing transformation activities across core banking modernization, configuration, and integration efforts.
• Developing functional documentation, process maps, and delivery artifacts for platform change initiatives.
• Troubleshooting application issues and validating system behavior during testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Coordinating project tasks, timelines, and dependencies across technology, operations, and business teams.
• Interpreting data and user feedback to inform recommendations for process improvement and automation.
• Guiding junior team members through task execution, review cycles, and problem-solving approaches.
• Building meaningful client relationships by anticipating needs and responding to changing priorities in complex environments
