Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Core Banking Systems Administrator to manage the COCC INSIGHT platform and related applications. You will collaborate across departments to troubleshoot, upgrade, test and implement new functionality while ensuring secure access and reliable operations.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, vendor coordination with COCC and other partners, and ongoing documentation and reporting to support efficient banking operations.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in banking operations, fintech tech, or related area.
• Experience with core banking systems or complex financial apps.
• Ability to troubleshoot, coordinate with vendors and support end users.
• Experience handling system implementations, upgrades, testing or process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, organizational and time management.

Responsibilities

• Administer COCC INSIGHT, CollaborateNOW, iDentifi and integrations.
• Understand core processing system capabilities and upgrade impacts.
• Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with COCC and vendors, monitor issues.
• Communicate disruptions, downtime, timelines to users.
• Configure core-system parameters and test new products/services.
• Lead or participate in upgrades, integrations and implementations.
• Identify business requirements and implement workflow improvements.
• Manage user access and security controls for core system.
• Support user-access reviews and internal-control requirements.
• Assist with third-party interfaces and documentation management.
• Coordinate forms upgrades, e-signature features and archives.
• Develop reports, dashboards and data quality processes.
• Design workflows to improve efficiency and controls.
• Document system configurations and procedures for staff.
• Participate in user groups and professional development.
