  • Create, maintain and enhance documentation related to system configurations, user access, operational procedures, project implementations and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in COCC user groups, training programs, conferences and other professional-development opportunities to maintain knowledge of available functionality and recommended practices.
  • Serve as an internal consultant and subject-matter resource by providing guidance, training and support to employees who use the Bank’s core and ancillary systems.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned technology vendors. This responsibility does not include ownership of the Bank’s overall vendor-management program unless specifically assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
