Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years banking experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of core banking processing systems and related systems; minimum of 2 years of Systems Analyst experience (COCC Insight or Fiserv DNA preferred).
• Reporting experience with Crystal Reports preferred.
• Strong project management and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership and change-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand capabilities of core processing system and its impact on departments.
• Lead or participate in projects related to Insight and integrations.
• Participate in core processing user groups and ongoing training.
• Maintain core system parameters and test new products.
• Handle incident tickets, troubleshooting, and workflow changes.
• Coordinate with COCC on downtime and resolutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and access control.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality.
• Design workflows and document configurations.
• Act as system administrator for multiple systems and provide internal consultation.
